This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Job Insecurity, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Turnover Intention. This research was conducted at Yogyakarta Branch Muamalat Bank. The population in this study were all employees at the Muamalat Bank Yogyakarta Branch, amounting to 55 employees, and the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample, so that all employees of the Muamalat Bank Yogyakarta Branch could fill out a questionnaire. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews.
