American Indian Studies Program Review 2014/2015 Memorandum of Understanding

Includes two documents: 1) a cover letter from Vice-Provost Michael Neubauer to President Dianne Harrison and; 2) a memorandum of understanding (MOU) from the Office of the Provost outlining commendations and recommendations for the department as expressed by the external reviewers, Michelle Raheja and Craig Stone.The CSUN American Indian Studies Program, housed in the College of Humanities, offers a minor that underwent program review. The Department undertook a self-study (submitted December 12, 2013), followed by an external review on March 19 & 20 2014. The external reviewers were Dr. Michelle Raheja of the University of California, Riverside and Dr. Craig Stone of California State University, Long Beach.The Department also held an MOU meeting on November 13, 2014. Follow-up will occur at one and three years. Their next program review cycle will culminate in a new self-study, external review, and MOU in AY 2020-2021
