Political Science Program Review 2012/2013 Memorandum of Understanding

Includes two documents: 1) a cover letter from Vice-Provost Michael Neubauer to President Dianne Harrison and; 2) a memorandum of understanding (MOU) from the Office of the Provost outlining commendations and recommendations for the department as expressed by the external reviewers, Scott Frisch and Stephen Stambough.The CSUN Department of Political Science, housed in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, offers an undergraduate and a graduate degree, and a minor in Political Science. The Department undertook a self-study (submitted January 14, 2012) followed by an external review on April 22 and 23, 2013. The external reviewers were Dr. Scott Frisch of California State University, Channel Islands and Dr. Stephen Stambough of California State University, Fullerton. The Department???s MOU meeting occurred on November 6, 2013. Follow-up will occur at one and three years. Their next program review cycle will culminate in a new self-study, external review, and MOU in AY 2018-2019
