Hubungan Antara Sikap Dengan Kepatuhan Praktik Diit Hipertensi Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rembang 2

Introduction: Hypertension or high blood pressure is a type of chronic non- communicable disease and can cause complications in body organs such as the heart, kidneys, brain and eyes (Aprillia, 2020). Hypertension can be defined as persistent blood pressure where the systolic pressure is above 140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure is above 90 mmHg (Mappagerang et al., 2018), which is also dubbed the silent killer because it does not have typical symptoms so that a person People who suffer from hypertension for years do not realize until there is severe enough damage to vital organs that can even cause death (Arifin et al., 2016). Objective: to determine the relationship between self-attitude towards adherence to the practice of hypertension diet in patients with hypertension in the working area of Puskesmas Rembang 2. Research Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive correlational research model. Sampling used a consecutive sampling technique, with a consecutive technique the researcher was able to select members of the population who came to the puskesmas regularly (incidentally, weekly, biweekly or monthly. The number of samples was 96 respondents who suffered from hypertension in the Work Area of Puskesmas Rembang 2. This study used a questionnaire. which was used as a research instrument.Results: Characteristics of respondents based on age, the majority of respondents were aged 46-55 years, with a distribution of 52 respondents (54.2%), 77 respondents (80.2%) married, last junior high school education and background private employee job Attitude 2 is not good 49 respondents (51%), 53 respondents (55.2%) do not comply.Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between attitude and adherence to hypertension diet practice at Puskesmas Rembang
