HUBUNGAN ANTARA GEJALA HIPERTENSI DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN MODEL HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (Studi di Puskesmas Kendalsari Kota Malang)

Background : Hypertension is one of cronic deases which becomes a problem in public health and becomes the most caused death of the world. Increse of hypertension incidents will increase physical disorder experienced by a patients due to complaint the symptoms that are felt due to an increase of blood pressure. Physical disorder will allow someone with unstable condition to do daily activities that will be affected to quality of life. Physical disorder on hypertension can be seen and observed with the Health Care System Modals as approaches. Method: This research used Cross Sectional design as a method. Sample of this research are 73 persons who suffer Hypertension. Independent variable is symptoms hypertension which measures with Symptoms Hypertension quesioner. Dependant variable is quality of life which measured by Short Form (sf-36) quesioner. Results: This study used a sperman rank correlation test (Rho).
