The purpose of this descriptive – normative study was to analyze the organizational culture of the College of Engineering School and determine its social orientation. The study assessed the actual and desired elements of the organization of the college in terms of communication, team work, work group assessment, organizational relation, concern for people, conflict resolution, commitment, evaluation, ritual / socialization, and organizational change. The other elements analyzed were vision, standard, innovation and excellence, and the patterns of organizational culture as manifested in implementation from planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling.
