Análisis del precedente jurisprudencial en el control constitucional concentrado del sistema jurídico ecuatoriano.

This research is related to the constitutional supremacy that covers the Supreme Law of the State and the control of constitutionality that is exercised in the current legal system. As the closest antecedents we refer to the English jurisprudential precedent contained in the Bonham case; and on the other hand, the case "Marbury vs. Madison" in the United States. The objective of the investigation was to analyze the jurisprudential precedent of control concentrated in Ecuador, provided for in the Constitution. Due to its focus and scope, the research is qualitative, based on a comparative study, while the 1998 Constitution contained a diffuse or North American control; different from what was embodied by the Montecristi constituent, which brought with it a concentrated European-style control.Esta investigación tiene relación con la supremacía constitucional que reviste a la Ley Suprema del Estado y el control de constitucionalidad que se ejerce en el ordenamiento jurídico vigente. Como antecedentes más próximos nos referimos al precedente jurisprudencial inglés contenido en el caso Bonham; y de otro lado, el caso "Marbury vs Madison" en Estados Unidos. El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar el precedente jurisprudencial del control concentrado en Ecuador, dispuesto en la Constitución. Por su enfoque y alcance, la investigación es cualitativa, con base en un estudio comparado, en tanto la Constitución de 1998 contenía un control difuso o norteamericano; distinto a lo plasmado por el constituyente de Montecristi, que trajo consigo un control concentrado de estilo europeo
