This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. The type of research used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study selected a sample of some employees at the Modjopanggoong sugar factory in Tulungagung. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between employee job satisfaction on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, there is a significant influence between OCB on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)
