This research aims to analyze and explain factors that influence employee engagement owned by Generation Y (Gen Y). Factors in this research include job demands, reward and personal resources. This kind of research used in this research is explanatory research used to look for relationships between one variable with other variables with a quantitative approach. The independent variables in this study are job demands, rewards and individual resources, while employee engagement is the dependent variable.
