This study aims to analyze the effect of number of small industrial business units, production value, gross regional domestic product, and distric/city minimum wages on labor absorption in East Java province in 2019. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the agency. The statistical center (BPS), the industry agency, and the manpower office.
