Abstrak This study aims to to conduct an analysis of labor conditions and how to absorb labor in districts/cities throughout Central Java. The object of this research is focused on 35 regencies/cities throughout Central Java with data published by BPS Central Java. The data collection method used is the study of documentation derived from the publications of the Central Statistics Agency. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis based on the fixed effect model or (LSDV) Least Squere Dummy Variable, and classical assumption testing.
