The aim of this bachelor thesis is to process a strategic analysis of the company Red Bull Czech Republic s.r.o. and propose strategic recommendations for successful management in the future. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the basic methods of strategic analysis and the process of their development.
