ANALISIS RESIKO MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS (CEDERA) PARA PEKERJA DI LINI PRODUKSI BERDASARKAN PENILAIAN OCCUPATIONAL REPETITIVE ACTION (OCRA) INDEX (Studi Kasus Cv. Megatek Karya Unggul)

Cv. Megatek KaryaUnggul is a company engaged in the plywood producing sector. This company is a local company that is well known for its good products, Alhamdulillah it has sent many of the same products to neighboring countries, but there are still accidents at work, which are caused by injuries while working. Therefore, as a writer I take the title "Risk Analysis Musculoskeletal Disorders (Injuries) of Production Line Workers Based on the INDEX Occupational Repetitive Action (OCRA) Assessment ”. This ocra method is one of the quantitative methods that can be used to analyze repetitive activities, especially in serious work in the upper body. The method is taken based on the problem of this thesis, namely about injuries. The production stage process consists of refining the outer skin layer of the wood, restoration core, cleaning, putty, restoration core ply, gluing, where this process takes up to 7 hours for employees to complete. Researchers have made preliminary observations made on Cv MegatekKarya in 6 line units of the plywood producing sector, it was found that 90% of employees observed in the glue spreader (GS) section experienced injuries to the right arm, 88% of workers in the cleaning section suffered pain at the shoulder, 83% of workers in the restoration coreply had injuries in the wrist, 75% of workers in the smoothing department complained of injuries in the right upper arm, 71% workers in the restoration core were injured in the right wrist and 67% of workers in the putty section. Therefore, this research was conducted to show the problems experienced by employees so that it will show disruption of work productivity from employees that will be detrimental to the company. Cases of musculosceletal disorders are cases that occur as a result of the use of certain body blocks as a work mood.
