ANALISA DAN PENILAIAN RISIKO MUSKULOSKELETAL DISORDER MENGGUNAKAN METODE MANUAL TASKS RISK ASSESSMENT (ManTRA)

Activities or work in moving material carried out by pulling, pushing, lifting and carrying are factors of the causes of complaints felt by workers. These activities can also be an ergonomic problem, causing workers to experience complaints or pain in parts of the body such as the back, neck, forearms, shoulders, wrists, waist. Complaints on parts of the body are usually spelled with Musculoskeletal Disorder. This research was conducted at a precast concrete producing company, in the assembly process of pile shoes is still done manually and without adequate tools. From these problems the work risk assessment was carried out using the Manual Tasks Risk Assessment (ManTRA) method, which in its assessment considers the total work time, cyclical time, duration, strength, speed, awkwardness / rigidity, and vibration factors. Based on the results of the assessment carried out on the three activities, it was concluded that it is necessary to evaluate the three activities due to the risk of injury if it is still carried out continuously. To reduce the risk of injury to workers, a proposal is provided in the form of a trolley that can assist workers in carrying out their work. From a comparison of the results of the assessment after using the proposed tool it is known that the risk of injury to workers has decreased (not at risk of injury)
