ANALISA MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS PADA PEKERJAAN BERBASIS KOMPUTER DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE MFA DAN MANTRA (Studi Kasus: Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (PPKB) Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara)

The National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of North Labuhan Batu Regency is a local government agency that has a total of 30 employees working 8 hours per day, plus the extension of working time at the end of the month which can cause overtime. This can cause complaints felt by employees such as pain in the neck, back pain, and pain in the wrist joints due to work that requires employees to work sitting for 8 hours using a computer. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze work postures to reduce the presence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) for employees. The method used is the Manual Tast Risk Assessment (ManTRA). The calculation of the results of the Nordic Body Map obtained complaints felt by employees on the back (17), left arm (16), below the waist (18), right elbow (16) and right hand (17). While the percentage using a Likert scale, namely; No Pain in the left thigh 80%, Slight pain in the left wrist 80%, Pain in the right shoulder 10%, and Very Pain in the waist 60%.
