Der Abschlussbericht beschreibt den Beitrag des Projekts zur Entwicklung des EZM (EUMAC Zooming Model). Die Einfuehrung beruecksichtigt Grundlagen der Berechnung photochemischen Smogs. Der Abschlussbericht enthaelt eine Beschreibung der mesoskaligen Modelle MEMO (nicht-hydrostatisches Windmodell) und MARS (Ausbreitungsmodell fuer chemisch reaktive Stoffe), die den Kern des EZM bilden. Der Einfluss biogener Emissionen wird untersucht und die Auswirkung verschiedener Verkehrsszenarien auf die Ozonbildung in Athen besprochen. Vergleiche zwischen zwei numerischen Algorithmen und zwischen den Reaktionsmodellen RADM2 und KOREM werden gezeigt.
