The housing in Spain, reflections on a disencounter

En el marco de la reactivación inmobiliaria que desde la segunda mitad de los años noventa se produce en España, se analizan las desiguales oportunidades de acceso a la vivienda de los residentes en las distintas Comunidades Autónomas atendiendo a los salarios y a los precios medios de los inmuebles; y se reflexiona, mediante el estudio de las tendencias observadas en la ciudad de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, sobre el papel que las decisiones políticas y las dinámicas inmobiliarias locales desempeñan en la acentuación de tales desigualdades.In the framework of the housing reactivation which is produced in Spain from the second half of the nineties, the uneven opportunities of access to housing by the residents in the different Autonomous Communities are analyzed attending to the salaries and to the prices media of the buildings. Also, we reflect, by the study of the tendencies observed in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, on the role palyed by the political decisions and on the local housing dynamics on the inequalities
