These results may inolude one or more of the following: a. publication of books monographs, book contributions, or journal articles or evidence that manuscripts have been accepted for future publication, This may include AUC press publications. b. papers read at academic meetings or conferences including those held in the UAR and including AUC symposia, A copy of the text should be submitted and if possible a copy of the conference or meeting program as well. c. Materials for use in AUC courses such as course syllabi, reading lists, study or laboratory manuals and lecture outlines or notes, in those cases where an applicant’s department is developing a new course or fundamentally altering an existing course. Copies of such materials should be submitted to the committee along with an explanation of how they are to be used in the course or courses. d# Reports of attendance at a professional conference for the purpose of making professional contacts and locating ideas and materials in those cases where the faculty member’s department has desired such attendance as a means of improving or expanding course offerings. 4 - As a minimum, the following conditions must he met in all cases where a grant is made: a.
