The result of the change would be that these Committees would report to the President rather than to the Academic Board). Page 11(At the end of section IIIH1, the words “...University Press" would be added). Page 12(At the end of section IV Alg the following sentence would be added): Such members shall be eligible for reappointment. The wording of the new VB would be as follows): The Personnel Policies and Procedures Committee 1. There shall be a Personnel Policies and Procedures Committee composed of: a. The President of the University (ex officio) b. The Dean of the Faculties (ex officioT~ c. Six other persons to be elected annually from among members of the Faculty as defined in section IA, la, above. The Faculty Nomination Committee is urged to choose nominees for the Committee so that the major categories of faculty, e.g., U.A.R., non-U.A.R., junior, senior, etc., are represented. 2. The Committee shall, at its first meeting of each academic year, elect its own Chairman from among its members. I
