Procedures will be -s follows* 1* The Publishing Divisions shall inform the Publications Officer of their publications program for the academic year* It is expected that such publication programs will be tentative, and may undergo changes. 2# The Publications Officer will present to the Publications Committee the coordinated publication program and the anticipated cost for the academic year* 3• There shall be established annually a centralized budget for publications with no earmarking on a divisional basis, except in those instances where special grants have been made* The Publications Officer will be the unit budget control officer for the University Publications Fund.
