a) This budget will be determined each year by a survey of publications prospects for that year presented by the Director of the University Press, and by considerations of the financial return realized through the sale of books and other Press activities during the preceding years. The budget will be established, as are all University budgets, by the regular University Budget Committee, through consultation with the various units concerned. b) For proper budgetary control, a special account for the University Press will be set up in the Comptroller's office. The Director of the University Press will be the unit budget control officer for the University Press Account. c) Financial returns will be the responsibility of the Press organization in that the Board of Managers will be responsible for appointment of agents, distribution policies and promotional materials. All monies received, however, will go directly to the business office and will go into the general funds of the University
