Watson, Calverley, Boktor, Sarruf, Hanna Rizk and Cleland. 2546 - Gramophone Club: Upon reference to Council b the Property Committee, it was voted that we should express to the Gramophone Club our regret that we could not continue to give th m the same accommodations for the Saturday evening programs, nor could we allow them to use the Prayer Room for their concerts. It was agreed that they might be allowed to continue to use the upper lobby of Ewart Hall to the end of December at the latest, except in c«se of conflict with programs held in Ewart Memorial Hall, when the Club would be obliged to cancel its meetings. 2547 - Staff Petition: Relative to a request for an increase , in the cost of living bonus on the part of a group of staff members, it was voted tc form a special committee consisting of Messrs. Conn, Cleland and Howard to study the whole problem as related to servants, clerks and teachers and to report to Council not later than October 14. 2548 - Hanna Rizk; It was voted to change the title of Hanna Kfx. Rizk from Secretary to Assistant Director of the Division of Extension and to approve a contract with him for three years from September 1 at a salary rate of /' 58 per month. 2549 - Ghali Amin: Council approved a contract with Ghali Eff, Amin of the Division of Extension for a period of two years from September 1 at an increase of salary of £, 2 per month for th© first year and a further increase of / 2 per month for the second year. 2550 - Michel Naoum: Council approved a contract for one year from July 1st with Michel Eff.
