The University reserves the right to chance its rules and regulations by announcement of such changes to the students, either by posting on official bulletin boards or by other administrative procedures. It is presumed that all students will be cognizant of all new or changed rules and regulations as from the time of the said announcements. The University reserves the right to dismiss at any time students whose conduct is deemed undesirable or injurious to the best interests of the University community
