Recommendations for approval by the Board: 1. THAT the budget for 1952-53 be approved as follows: Required from U.S.A. for Cairo 0134,900 Philadelphia Account 43,940 3178, 840 2. THAT the audit of the Treasurer's accounts for 1951-52 by Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Company, certified public accountants of Philadelphia, be approved and filed. 3. THAT the report of the Bursar for 1951-52 which was audited by Price, Waterhouse, Peat and Co., certified public accountants of Cairo, Egypt, be approved and filed. 4. THAT Peat, Marwick, Mitohell and Company, certified public ac-countants of Philadelphia, bo appointed to audit the Treasurer's accounts for 1952-53. 5. THAT Price, Waterhouse, Peat and Company, certified public ac-countants of Cairo, be appointed to audit the Bursar's accounts for 1952-53. 6. THAT the standing agreement between the Trustees of the William E. Conroy Estate and the Trustees of The American University at Cairo be ratified as a continuing commitment of the University.
