This matter is so important for the future of Arizona that I want to urge the authority to indicate now to the Bureau of Reclamation that if it does not plan to establish lines to join up with its present transmission system in Arizona, the Arizona Power Authority intends to run its own lines to the Glen Canyon site in order to secure a share of the power generated on the upper Colorado.
