PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TEPUNG BUAH MENGKUDU (Morinda citrifolia.L )DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP PERSENTASE ORGAN DALAM, KADAR KOLESTEROL DAN TRIGLISERIDA DARAH AYAM PEDAGING

Mengkudu (Morinda Citrifolia L) is one of herbal plants which are widely used as remedies; antioxidant and is evident to improve live performance. The objective of the research was to investigate the effect of feeding mengkudu on internal organs of broilers and serum cholesterol and trigliseride of broilers. One hundred broilers were distributed into five treatments. Research design used was completely randomized design. The treatments were different levels of mengkudu meal (0, 0.75%, 1.5%, 2.25 % and 3%). The diet was iso protein, iso calorie, Ca and P.
