This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational support (perceived organizational support) on the retention of BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja Head Office employees. The sample in this study were employees who worked at BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja Head Office with a total of 65 people. The sampling technique in this study uses the saturation technique. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis test. In additions there are classical test instruments and assumption tests.
