Konflik Batin Tokoh Utama Dalam Novel Cinta Di Ujung Sajadah Karya Asma Nadia: Tinjauan Psikologi Sastra Dan Relevansinya Sebagai Bahan Ajar Sastra Di SMA

This research aims to (1) describe the structure that builds the novel Cinta Di Ujung Sajadah by Asma Nadia, (2) describes the inner conflict of the main characters in the novel Cinta Di Ujung Sajadah by Asma Nadia with a review of Psychological Literature, (3) describes its relevance in the novel Cinta Cinta At Ujung Sajadah by Asma Nadia, she studied literature in high school. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with the object of research is the inner conflict of the main characters in the novel Cinta Di Ujung Sajadah. Data collection is carried out by using library, listening and note taking techniques. The validity of the data uses the theory triangulation technique. Data analysis technique is done by the heuristic and hermeneutic methods. The results of this study are (1) the structure of the novel Cinta Di Ujung Sajadah, among others, the theme is the obstinacy, tenacity, and longing of a girl for her biological mother. The facts of the story, a) the plot used is forward plot, b) the main character is Love, c) the setting where the text is in Bogor, Bandung, Jakarta and Yogyakarta, the setting time between the 2000s, the social setting elevates the life of a child with his stepmother because since he was born he did not know his biological mother, (2) inner conflicts of the main characters in the novel Cinta Di Ujung Sajadah, there are two types of inner conflict, namely approach-avoidance conflict and approach-approach conflict conflict), (3) this study is in accordance with the criteria for the selection of teaching materials namely a) aspects of language, b) aspects of psychology, c) aspects of student background so that it can be implemented as teaching material in high school class XI according to KD 3.11 analyzing messages from fiction books which is read.
