Electronic Gaming Federation is a dedicated team for varsity eSports program development and advocate for student development through competition, education, and impact. EGF provides the definitive infrastructure for interscholastic esports. With students at the center, EGF’s collegiate and high school leagues and programs are designed with inspiration from the best aspects of traditional sports to provide the platform for students to make their mark in esports. I worked with both the director of high school and college recruitment to uncover new prospects, recruit interested teams, students and new league members. Initiate and manage research databases and coordinate marketing and outreach campaigns
