The main objective of this research is to clarify the influence of employee satisfaction with compensation to organizational commitment and its impact to their job performance. The concept of compensation satisfaction consist of satisfaction with material compensation, social compensation and activity compensation. The concept of organizational commitment consists of three variables: loyalty to the organization, willingness to work hard and esprit de corps. The last concept, job performance includes skills in working. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of this research indicate that employee satisfaction with material and social compensation have significantly influenced employee loyalty, willingness to work hard and esprit...
