: The Effect of Compensation, Competencies and Organizational Commitment toward Job Satisfaction and Performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, competencies and organizational commitment to employee's job satisfaction and performance of cooperatives. The population in this study is all employees of KSP (Credit Unions/Loan and Saving Cooperative) in Tuban. Data analysis employed is path analysis with trimming model.
