Job satisfaction is an integral component of the overall effectiveness of each organization, and only if employees are satisfied, they can make good work performance and then whole organization can prosper and work well. The aim of this thesis is to determine job satisfaction of public sector employees. Examined sample will be selected staff of the Úřad městské části Praha 1 and the Úřad městského obvodu Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz.
