The diploma thesis deals with analysis of motivation and occupational satisfaction of employees in section of regional department of revenue office. The goal of this analysis is to detect weak points in organisation in the area of job satisfaction and to suggest possible measuresbased on the results of this analysisthat might contribute to the improvement of occupational satisfaction.
