Job satisfaction

This bachelor thesis is focused on job satisfaction of problematic employee types covered by anti-discrimination law. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters where basic concepts such as work or satisfaction are explained and discussed. Furthermore, there are factors affecting job satisfaction and the method of its determination. At the beginning of the practical part the objective of the thesis and the way in which the information was collected is described. Job satisfaction survey was conducted in January 2014 at the company Aquazona and was attended by a total of 12 employees. Information about job satisfaction was obtained primarily through structured interviews with employees. Based on the results of the survey input the hypothesis in the practical part was specified. Furthermore, it was also found on which areas the company should focus on to increase job satisfaction of their employees. In these areas, relevant measures were pro-posed
