PERBANDINGAN INFORMASI ANATOMI CITRA SAGITAL ANTARA SEKUENS T2 TSE FAT SATURATION DAN T2 HALF FOURIER ACQUIRED SINGLE-SHOT TURBO SPIN ECHO (HASTE) PADA PEMERIKSAAN MRI PELVIS

Background : MRI is very sensitive to detect some soft tissue abnormalities such as brain, spinal cord, and musculoskeletal. MRI examination techniques use many sequences in an examination protokol, one of which is T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) sequence Fat Saturation and T2 Half Fourier Acquired Single-Shot Turbo Spin Echo (HASTE). The sequence is a standard imaging protocol used to display the fatty tissue area of the pelvic organ well. The purpose of this study is to determine the difference of anatomical information, as well as to find out better anatomical information in producing an informative image quality.Methods : This is quantitative research with pre-experimental approach. Data obtained from 10 volunteers at Radiology Installation SMC Telegorejo Semarang. Each volunteer was examined using the T2 Turbo Spin Echo Fat Saturation and T2 Half Fourier Acquired Single-Shot Turbo Spin Echo (HASTE) sequences on the MRI pelvis of the sagittal piece. The image result was then assessed by 3 radiologist.
