PERBANDINGAN INFORMASI CITRA AKSIAL PASKA PEMBERIAN KONTRAS ANTARA T1 FSE FAT SATURATION DENGAN T1 SPAIR PADA MRI PELVIS

ABSTRACTBackground : On the implementation of MRI Pelvis examination there is a difference between the use of sequences between T1 Fat Sat with T1 SPAIR at RSU Haji Surabaya. This examination aims to prove the difference of MRI Pelvis anatomical image information between T1 Fat Sat and T1 SPAIR and to know which sequence is better between Fat Sat and SPAIR.Methods : The type of this research is quantitative research with experimental approach. This research was conducted by MRI 1.5 Tesla plane with sample of 8 patients who were doing MRI Pelvis at RSU Haji Surabaya. The data were obtained from the research of the image produced in each sequence. The observed image is part include clarity on regional organ endometrium, ovarium, uterus, and vesica urinaria then each generated image sequences T1 Fat Sat and T1 SPAIR observed by two doctors radiologists with scores 1-3 Results obtained then assessed by two respondents, radiologist specialist. The data of assessment result in the form of ordinal data are analyzed descriptively and statistically with tabulation method and Wilcoxon different test, with significance ? = 0,05..Result : Based on the result of non parametric statistic test showed significant value p value = 0,005 or p 0,05 ie p = 0,083Conclusion : The result of the research shows that there is difference of image information of axial anatomy after contrast between T1 Fat Sat with T1 SPAIR on MRI Pelvis with p value = 0.0001. The result of anatomical image information using T1 SPAIR sequence showed better result compared to T1 Fat Sat based on statistical test by Wilcoxon different test method
