PERBEDAAN INFORMASI ANATOMI MRI NASOFARING POST RADIOTERAPI POTONGAN AXIAL PADA SEKUENS PEMBOBOTAN T2 TURBO SPIN ECHO (TSE) DAN PEMBOBOTAN T2 BLADE TSE

In the Nasopharing MRI examination after Radioteraphy, motionartefact is serious problem. Regular use of Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) that arerelatively sensitive to movement can decrease anatomy information. BLADE TSEcan use to decrease motion artefact. This research aimed to determine thedifference Anatomy Information of Nasopharing MRI after Radioteraphy betweenT2 Weighted Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) and T2 Weighted BLADE TSE and todetermine which Sequences are more optimal to show Anatomy Information ofNasopharing MRI.This type of research is quantitative with pre eksperimental. This studyused Siemens Avanto MRI 1,5 T which sett of T2 Weighted Turbo Spin Echo(TSE) and T2 Weighted BLADE TSE. The result of research obtained fromquisioner covers Fossa Rosenmuller, Pterygopalatine muscle lateral dan medial,Masticator Space, Parapharingeal Space, Torus tubarius, Carotid space andTechnical Aspect (Artefact). Wilcoxon tests is used to Analyze the statistic dataand the technical Aspect with sum of the artefacts.Result of Research is there are differences on Anatomy Information ofNasopharing MRI after Radioteraphy between T2 Weighted TSE and T2Weighted BLADE TSE.
