This qualitative research was aimed to describe studentss mathematical critical thinking disposition in Socrates Scientific learning at the topic of proportion. The subjects of this research were students of VII-F class in SMPN 22 Pesawaran of odd semester in academic year of 2016/2017. Through purposive sampling technique, it was chosen twelve students who described their critical thinking disposition. The research data were obtained by observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used three stages, which were reducting, displaying, and getting the conclusion of data.
