This naturalistic qualitative research aimed to describe students mathematical critical thinking disposition in Socrates Contextual learning at the material of Linear Equations and Inequalities of One Variable. The subjects of this research were students of VII B class of SMP Negeri 19 Bandarlampung. Through purposive sampling techniques, it was chosen eleven students who was described their critical thinking disposition. The research data were obtained by observation, critical thinking disposition scale techniques, interviews and documentation. Before analyzing the data, researcher did the triangulation of data by interview.
