Mary Kerr Hamilton Scrapbook

These items are images from digital and paper sources that were gathered for the Toledo Women Lawyers History Project (TWLHP). The material in this folder focuses on the career of Mary Kerr Hamilton (1926-1995), who was the first woman to be elected president of the Toledo Bar Association in 1977. She initially worked for a local law firm after passing her bar exam in 1960, and joined the former Toledo Trust Company after 1969, where she rose to the position of vice-president. She also attained that position at the former First National Bank of Toledo, now the Fifth-Third Bank, retiring in 1991.
