This study aims to analyze whether there are significant differences between the organizational culture characteristics consisting of professionalism, aggressiveness, creativity, accuracy, expertise, work harmony, towards employee performance in the Laweyan Batik Industry. The sample in this study were 40 Employees in the Laweyan Batik Industry in Surakarta City. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling.
