The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance in the Masaran Sragen batik industry. This study used a sample of 100 employees. The sampling method uses probability sampling and the data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0,000 less than 0.05.
