The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation, leadership style, organizational culture, and work environtment partially on employee performance at Pengrajin batik in Laweyan batik village, Surakarta. The population in this study were batik craftsmen in Kampung Batik Lawewan Surakarta and a sample of 156 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that a motivation, leadership style, organizational culture, and work environtment variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The effect of motivation, leadership style, organizational culture and work environtment on employee performance in the amount of 54,4%
