Based on the animal\u27s behavior, there is no doubt that it is not a wild animal, according to Inland Fisheries & Wildlife biologist Craig McLaughlin. It will now be given a permanent home at the Loki Clan Wolf Refuge in Chatham, N.H., after she is neutered
