Focus on Building & Real Estate piece by Greenville town manager John Simko and former head of the Moosehead Lake Region Chamber of Commerce, Mike Turcotte of Bangor, on Plum Creek Timber Co.\u27s proposed development of the Moosehead Lake region. Simko says the plan will provide jobs, housing, and growth. Wood products manufacturers would have a guaranteed wood supply, easements for trails would benefit tourism, and 100 acres would be donated for affordable housing. Turcotte says the timber economy is fading, and sustainable growth will come from eco-tourism. Planned resorts will saturate the market. Greenville will gain no direct tax benefit, and the beauty of the land will be scarred
