Business Maine: Northern piece reporting that staffers at the Land Use Regulation Commission (LURC) are endorsing a proposal for a Moosehead Lake subdivision near Greenville that the commission rejected last year. The developer has downsized the project from 70 houses to 31 lots, and has moved it closer to the town. LURC commissioners still have to approve the proposal
