Many factors can effect the discipline of staff working in an organization or government institution. It include leadership and working environment.The commitment and loyality of staff can appear from a ideal leadership, high motivation, and appropriate working environment. The staf presence in Healthy Board of Way Kanan District is low. It can be explained because the presence persentage of staff is lees than 60%. Data analysis method use multiple linear regression. The result of this researh shows that between leadership and staff discipline is positif and significant which correlation coefisien (r) is 0,127.
