Based on observations in the field, it is illustrated that employee work discipline is still not optimal. This is thought to have something to do with leadership and work motivation possessed by employees. Therefore it is necessary to do research to test the truth. This study aims to reveal the contribution of leadership and work motivation to employee work discipline at the Office of the Education Office of the City of Bukittinggi.
