The site has been chosen, a beautiful large rock on which to place a plaque commemorating this event is available. The cost of the project is now in progress. As this is a historical site, the Alberta Government will give a matching grant. As we are a non-profit organization, we are dependent on donations from those who would be interested in this worthy project. This game was much closer than the score indicated. Cardston won the game 20-0. In the first quarter, a blocked punt was turned into 6pts. The second Cardston score came late in the half on a 25yd pass play and the 13-0 score stood up until 6min left in the contest when Cardston used the same pass play again to score another touchdown. It was a highly spirited contest, with many great defensive plays displayed by the much improved Magrath team. Cardston coaches said they have seen great improvement from last year. Rushing Stats: M.
