The purpose of this study was to examine the differences between the physical fitness of students in 2004 and that in2006. The subjects were 101 college students (Age: 19.0±1.24) in 2004 and 119 college students (Age: 18.9±1.33) in 2006.The measurement items were height, body weight, body fat, body mass index, grip strength, sit up, forward bent, sidestep, standing long jump and 20 m shuttle run.
